Top 10 Pet clothes and Accessories free patterns
I have recently taken on a new wholesale customer who I provide a number of handmade items to, they have opened my eyes to the very niche interest of dog clothing. A number of these items could double up as pet clothes and accessories as well. I have spent quite some time doing research on the clothing available and so thought I would put together for you a round up of all the best pet clothing and accessory patterns and tutorials that I have found while doing my research. Some are better aimed at knitters or crocheters and others at sewers. There are a wide range of items on the list some more far fetched than others. Enjoy!

Harnesses
I will ease you in to the world of clothing animals gently with a simple item that most dogs could wear here are the best harness patterns that I have found while doing my research.
This pattern is really simple to do and also is easy to follow the steps to make it yourself. At the same time the simple nature of the pattern makes it possible to alter the size of the pattern to fit your pooch. I imagine this pattern could also be adapted to take other animals our for a walk including ferrets or rabbits for example.

A number of people will put a Christmas hat on their pet during the festive period. These are a few patterns that I have found that would add a bit of fun to your pets over the holidays.
Santa Hat
A traditional Santa style hat available in different sizes to fit your animal. Would be suitable for both a dog or cat over the holiday season.

Frisbee
Frisbee that is soft for a dog to catch but can also be easily thrown. Make in a range of colours to make it more interesting.

Cat toys
These cheeky little mice would make a great toy for a cat. Would be made all the more desirable if they were stuffed with cat nip. These are quick and simple to make so would make a great little project for cosy evenings.
Pet Beds
This bed looks super cosy and would be perfect for both dogs and cats alike. I’d be tempted with on myself!
